Refund Policy

1. Paddle is Merchant of Record
All payments on seofetch are processed by Paddle.com, acting as our Merchant of Record (reseller). Paddle handles payment processing and refund processing on our behalf.
2. Credit packs
Credit packs are delivered to your balance instantly and are non-refundable. At checkout you waive your statutory right of withdrawal:
I agree that credits are delivered immediately and are non-refundable once purchased.
This waiver does not affect any statutory right that cannot lawfully be waived.
3. Failed requests
Requests that fail due to an upstream failure are refunded automatically, in credits, to your balance. A 504 covers two different situations — check the error's code, not just the status. connection_timeout means the job is still running on our side and the charge stands, nothing to refund yet: reconnect with the same key you sent — or, if you called keyless, with the request_id from that response — to collect the result once it's ready. upstream_timeout means the upstream itself gave up: that's a definite failure, refunded automatically like any other.
4. Auto-refill charges
Auto-refill charges follow the same policy as credit packs. You can disable auto-refill at any time from your dashboard. If a charge cannot be verified, the refill rail pauses automatically and our support team will assist.
5. Billing errors
If you believe you were charged twice, or charged in error, contact support@seofetch.com. Genuine billing errors are refunded.
6. Disputes
Please contact us before opening a chargeback with your bank or card provider — most issues are resolved faster this way. Paddle, as Merchant of Record, handles payment disputes.
